Excellent, honest and quick service. Thank you Richard and Nichelle for helping us repair our stubborn gate (commercial grade) at our home! Richard arrived on time, and called the manufacturer first to determine if the part was under warranty. Even though it was not, he was able to get a replacement part the next business day and install it. Would highly recommend Ace Garage Door and Gate Co!

Ace Garage Door & Gate Company is the best! Nichelle E (Office Manager? Owner?) goes above and beyond to be helpful. When other companies couldn't help, she took the time to listen and found a way. Nichelle did what others were unable to do. Richard Penaloza (Installation & Repairs) is knowledgeable, a creative problem solver, and does outstanding work. The completed job exceeded my expectations. With employees like this, I won't go anywhere else.

We've had Ace garage door and gate company come to our home several times because of our electric gate and or garage roll up door having issues. Richard has been very professional and tells you what is needed for repairs. If we have issues again, they will be the first ones I'll call. There's a lot of companies out there that just won't do you right, but Ace are the ones I can count on.
